The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.241 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a), 30(c) and 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The S.I. of Ramgarhwa P.S. alleged that he got information that Botu Paswan and his grandson Sajan Kumar were selling illicit liquor from their hut. The hut was raided. Botu Paswan was apprehended and he is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner, Sajan Kumar who managed to flee away.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is grandson of Botu Paswan and that is why the

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the accused apprehended on the spot, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.241 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
