2. The present writ petition has been preferred for grant of following relief(s):

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3540 of 2026(3) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna (respondent No. 5).

4. Learned State counsel submits that in case, petition is filed within four weeks, it shall be entertained and an appropriate order shall be passed.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna, who shall consider the case of the petitioner and shall take it to its logical conclusion within a period of three months from the date he files such application.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
