JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 16.05.2017, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 65 of 2018 arising out of Kanti P.S.Case No. 102 of 2003 registered under Sections 302, 307, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that while the informant's husband was sitting at his residence, petitioner along with his brother came and inflicted Hansuli blow and injury caused on the hand and chest of the deceased leading to his death and when the deceased brother came to rescue, he too was assaulted by both the accused. Submission is that only allegation attributed against the petitioner is of inflicting Hasuli blow on the arms and another accused Ramlal Ram has given Hasuli blow in the chest of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17993 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the nature of offence and consorted effort by both the accused persons causing death to the informant's husband, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected.
