====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners are defendants in Title Suit No. 23 of 2014, pending before learned Munsif-II, Siwan. The limited prayer of the petitioners is that a direction may be issued to the learned Court below to dispose the suit as early as possible. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the yea 1983, Title Suit No. 117 of 1983 was filed between the same parties pertaining to the suit property, which was decreed on the

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.386 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 basis of compromise and final decree was prepared on 20.11.2013. The present suit has been filed after preparation of the final decree between the parties in the year 2014, which is pending for about eight years.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Court below is requested to dispose the Title Suit No. 23 of 2014 as early as possible, without giving unnecessary adjournment to either parties.

This application is disposed with aforesaid observation and direction.
