2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case no.664 of 2022 registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of IPC.

3. Allegation in the F.I.R is that petitioner along with others came variously armed and indulged in assault causing injuries to the informant and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail has been renewed on behalf of petitioner with fresh grounds being that of a compromise having been taken place between the parties, which is Annexure-P/5 to the petition. It is further submitted that the criminal antecedent, as stated in the earlier petition, has now been clarified inasmuch as a final form had already been submitted in the said case, which could not be placed on record earlier. 5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there are fresh grounds for consideration of the anticipatory bail on account of compromise, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, having no criminal antecedent, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case no.664 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned where the case is pending/successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023, subject to the further condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the investigation.
