The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that for assaulting the dog the informant objected then all the three accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant with knife. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature and the accusation is omnibus and general.
Considering the fact that five injuries have been found on the person of the informant, let the learned court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7756 of 2015 (02) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that the accusation is omnibus and general and a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
