2. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2017 in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of one country made pistol loaded with one cartridge and one live cartridge from his conscious possession which however is denied.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
