The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was appointed as block teacher in the name of Navin Kumar and withdrew his salary till the month of september 2018 fraudently. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13147 of 2022(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is also involved in two criminal cases as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 1 of 2021-G.R. No. 03/ 2021. The application stands allowed.
