03. 26.05.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Dumra P.S. Case No. 403 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below, failing which strict action shall be taken for his arrest.
