The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation about 13 liters country-made liquor have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that his antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 29.3.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
