Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bounsi PS Case No. 317 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the seizure list indicates that first seizure was made and then FIR was instituted and the petitioner has falsely been implicated.

Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that there is recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has two criminal antecedents of committing dacoity and robbery. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after six months of framing of the charge.
