The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity, grudge and land dispute. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22949 of 2021(3) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
