Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 03.01.2018.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27169 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 connection with Sariya Police Station Case No. 03 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
