The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent, not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case during course of investigation. He submits that there is no eye witness to the said occurrence. He further submits that petitioner bears one criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 16.09.2020.
