Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 341, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of giving repeated dagger blows to the informant against the petitioner and the impugned order reveals that informant sustained incised injuries, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his
