====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 225, 341, 323, 332, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons assaulted the police party and caused hindrance in performing their official duty and allowed to escape one Ankit Pandey who was accused in Kotwa P. S. Case No. 460 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14033 of 2023(3) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 application and submits that this petitioner assaulted the police party, absconded the accused person and has got two criminal antecedents.

Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
