JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-05-2019 Petitioner's Counsel submits that he has discharged duties as Counsellor in the Bihar State Aids Control Society, however his wages/honorarium/remuneration for the period August, 2011 to August 2012 has not been paid. The claim of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent No. 2 by Annexure 4 dated 16.1.2016. The claim has to be examined by respondent No. 2 with reference to the number of dates on which the petitioner has performed the work. Therefore keeping the writ petition pending will serve no useful purpose.

Let respondent No. 2 consider claim of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4190 of 2016(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 for the said period with reference to the records in the concerned office and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is expected that if any amount is found due and admissible the same should also be paid within the same period. The writ petition stands disposed of.
