Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P. S. case no. 77/2014 registered under the Arms Act. Name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of the confessional statement. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Md. Bablu has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 5.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.4984/2015.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14493 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil P. S. case no. 77/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
