2. The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the concerned respondents to ensure the payment of all the provident fund alongwith statutory interest.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 with specific averment that the petitioner had already been authorized his part G.P.F. amount vide authority letter bearing no. 1206 dated 31.07.2018, amounting to Rs. 6,19,102/- alongwith upto date interest, which had already been

So far the remaining G.P.F. amount is concerned, it is contended that the requisite documents/deduction statements of the remaining G.P.F. amount of the petitioner is already calculated and authorized vide authority letter bearing no. 665, dated 21.06.2024, amounting to Rs. 15,56,724/- alongwith the upto date interest. The copy of the authority letter alongwith the calculation chart have already been placed on record.

5. In view of the stand of the answering respondent and the materials available on record, disclosing the fact that the authority letter has already been issued for payment of the remaining G.P.F. amount, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to ensure the actual payment, preferably within a period of four weeks.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off.
