The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 344/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence informant was going to customer service centre, in the meantime three persons came on motorcycle and snatched his bag containing Rs. 1,73,000/- and started running away but on chase two persons were apprehended, who disclosed their name as Laxman Kumar and Barkatullah. The apprehended persons disclosed the name of this petitioner, who managed to escape.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12038 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. No T.I.P. has been held in this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 344/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
