2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and I intend to dispose of the present petition at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06.01.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur in Maintenance Case No. 95/2019 whereby and whereunder the learned Principal Judge, Family Court directed the petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance amount of Rs.3,000/- per month to the respondent along with litigation cost of Rs.500/- for proceeding of each date.

4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears the petitioner did not file any affidavit of his assets and liabilities

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.282 of 2024 dt.30-07-2025 2/2 compelling the learned trial court to move on the basis of claim made by the respondent. Only contention which has been advanced before this Court opposing the impugned order is that the respondent herself is a law graduate and enrolled with local bar. But the said point was considered by the learned trial court which has ordered for payment of Rs.3,000/-per month as adinterim maintenance along with litigation cost of Rs.500/- for proceeding of each date. This order could not be said to be improper or the amount excessive.
