The petitioner is accused in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 147,148,149,341,323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears from Annexure-2 that there is a counter case lodged by co-accused Kedar Mahto. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to Annexure-3 to submit that the nature of the injury is simple.
