JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 The writ petitioner has approached this Court since he had participated in the process of selection for appointment of IT Manager in the respondent company and upon the process being completed and at the stage of verification of documents, discovering large scale irregularities the authorities abandoned the process of selection and have gone for selection afresh under Employment Notice No. 2 of 2015.

Other participants in the process of selection, similarly situated as the petitioner, had earlier approached this Court by filing CWJC No. 3836 of 2016. The petitioners therein had also challenged Employment Notice No. 2 of 2015 which is impugned in the instant writ petition. This Court after

Patna High Court CWJC No.4477 of 2016(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 examining the entire issue had come to accept the explanation offered by the respondent company for abandoning the earlier process of selection and for undertaking fresh exercise. This Court vide order dated 26.5.2016 has dismissed the writ petition filed by other similarly situated, as the petitioner. This writ petition claiming the same relief as had been claimed by the petitioners of CWJC No. 3836 of 2016 must also meet the sake fate.

The writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
