The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pirbahore PS case no. 689 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding four unknown accused persons having snatched the mobile phone etc. from the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioners have transpired upon the statement made by the co-accused person namely Ranjan Kumar and the said Ranjan Kumar has already been granted bail by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15707 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.02.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. no. 12443 of 2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 01.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Patna in connection with Pirbahore PS case no. 689 of 2018. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U T
