Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since only material is suspicion against the petitioner as well as co-accused-Jeevash Mahto @ Ram Jeevash Mahto and said Jeevash Mahto @ Ram Jeevash Mahto has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order at Annexure-2, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr.No.102 of 2019 arising out of Desari Police Station Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12032 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 No.243 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
