JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The grievance, which the petitioner has raised, seeking direction to the authorities not to disturb and approve the brick-soling work done for drainage system, constructed over Plot No. 497, at village - Ganankura, Block - Ratni, Faridpur, District - Jehanabad, can be agitated by him before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.

If the petitioner makes an application before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, it goes without saying that the same should be disposed of within the time stipulated under

Patna High Court CWJC No.4729 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 the Act.

This application is disposed of with the observation as above.
