In the present appeal, the appellants are seeking relief that appropriate order or directions may be given to the respondent - Bihar Public Service Commission for publishing the result of mains Examination held from 27.03.2019 to 31.03.2019 with regard to appointment of Assistant Engineers (Civil) in the State of Bihar in view of Advertisement No.02 of 2017.

In the prayer portion, the appellants have not challenged any order of learned Single Judge but, only seeking relief of mandamus. In our view, the present appeal is misconceived and not maintainable.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. However, the appellants will be at liberty to seek relief, which has been sought in the present appeal, in a proper proceeding. (Shivaji Pandey, J) ( Partha Sarthy, J) pawan/- U
