1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.01.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.7995 of 2020, the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Bihar has already passed a reasoned order dated 15.02.2022, whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court MJC No.359 of 2022(5) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 15.02.2022, by taking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present petition stands disposed off.
