The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 04/2017 dated 10.01.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against all the accused persons, including the petitioners. It has further been submitted that appraising the facts of the case in the background of the enmity between the parties and the counter case lodged on behalf of the petitioners against the prosecution side, it would

The petitioners do not bear any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.
