Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa P.S Case No. 815 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking note of the fact that petitioner is named in the first information report with specific allegation and he carries criminal antecedent of several cases, which is evident from the record, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Saharsa P.S.Case No. 815 of 2014, pending in the court of chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa stands rejected.
