In view of the averments made in the separate show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3 as also on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 and 5 as also in view of the order, contained in Memo dated 31.10.2016, as contained in Annexure-1 to the aforesaid show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the writ Court has been complied with.
In above view of the matter, the present M.J.C. application is dismissed.
However, if the petitioner is at all aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 31.10.2016, so far it relates to the petitioner, then she shall be at liberty to assail the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum/ court.
