The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/8/2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 326 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the complaint case is lodged after one week of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners are innocent. They have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2 series of the bail petition, it appears that only with a view to save the skin of his son, the present
