10-05-2016 Sri Rangesh Singh, learned counsel who was assisted by Sri Shambhu Nath Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, while assailing the impugned order, in presence of Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, accepts that charge has already been framed. Meaning thereby that trial has already commenced.

Accordingly, the Court is of the opinion that after commencement of the trial, it would not be appropriate to interfere with the impugned order.

The petition stands dismissed.
