The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

If so advised, the petitioner may file an application for interim relief within a period of 10 days from the date of filing of
