Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 07/12/2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39818/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 07/04/2021 and petitioner is in custody since 04/10/2020. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-XV, Gaya
