In this case, the petitioner is seeking appointment as Driver in the Central Reserve Police Force.
The petitioner had cleared the written and physical test and was asked to appear before the Medical Board where he was found medically unfit on account of Defective Distance Vision and Vaneose Veins. He was informed his rejection and asked him, if so like, he may file an appeal before the Appellate Medical Board, there was put for the medical test, but result was the same. Again the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14966 of 2013 dt.19-11-2016 2/2 petitioner was asked, if so like, he may go to the Review Medical Board which he also availed, but there is no deviation with regard to his medical fitness, which was detected at the earlier stage. In the paramilitary or military force, medical fitness cannot be compromised.
