Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment from the public drainage. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merit of the case, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Baheri by filing a proper petition under the Public Land Encroachment Act for removal of encroachment. Upon such application having been filed the Circle officer, Baheri shall make an enquiry and proceed in the matter in accordance with law after granting reasonable opportunity to all
