JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order, dated 21.02.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1938 of 2017 on the ground of misuse of privilege of bail for about 14 years and there is direction conclude the trial within a period of nine months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no witness has been examined uptill now, which would appear from the impugned order.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7203 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 No. 242 of 1998/71 of 2017 arising out of Goh P.S. Case No. 66 of 1990 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Aurangabad, with the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local resident and the petitioner shall appear before the local Police Station of his area once in two months for a period of one year so that his conduct may be checked for that period, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
