The petitioner seeks bail in Nokha P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim alleged that the petitioner enticed her daughter aged about 21 years for the purpose of marriage. The victim also made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she voluntarily solemnized marriage with the petitioner but now the petitioner is not keeping her properly.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge IV-cum-
