The petitioner seeks bail in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 774/18, instituted for offences under Section(s) 394, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He has been made accused in this case only on the ground that he is owner of the pick-up van as alleged in the written report. Nothing has been recovered from possession of petitioner.
It is alleged in the written report that four persons came on Pick-up Van and committed loot with the informant. Informant has mentioned in the written report that those four persons were calling their names as Niraj, Sonu, Munna and

Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S.
