The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.83 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioners were exonerated after investigation by the police and subsequently, cognizance has been taken against the petitioners differing with submission of the final form.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13452 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.83 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
