ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.460 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that apparently, there was some dispute with regard to the maize crops of their field and there was some altercation, which led to case and counter case between the parties. There are injuries on both sides. The allegation of theft and snatching of jewellery is ornamental in nature. Learned counsel further

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the nature of allegations made, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.460 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
