The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.26C/15, Tr. No.2752 of 2016, 1854 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case is under Section 498A of the IPC and in view of the stands of both the parties they they are ready to reside with the each other, let the petitioner surrender on 16.10.2019 before the learned court below and on that day O.P.no.2 shall also remain present there and on appearance of the O.P.no.2 and also on filing an affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her

No.12235 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 with dignity and care and he will take her from the court itself, he shall be released on bail in connection with Complaint Case No.26C/15, Tr. No.2752 of 2016, 1854 of 2017 for a period of six months and during that period both the parites shall appear before the learned court below in the 4th week of each month so that the learned court below may watch conduct of both parties and their marital relationship and once being satisfied with the conduct of both the parties especially the conduct of the petitioner, he shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
