The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 15-20 villagers broke the glass of bus of the informant and took away the articles.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the villagers protested for crushing a boy by the bus of the informant hence as a retaliatory measure the accusation has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8703 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2 / 2 levelled. It is further submitted that accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. For occurrence of 16.06.2014, F.I.R. was registered on 17.06.2014 and the same reached to the learned C.J.M. on 19.06.2014 which reflects that antedating has been done in registering the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No. 518 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
