JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Prayer is for modification of the order dated 21.06.2017 to the extent that instead of words and figures "Hajipur Police Station Case No. 77 of 2017", it be incorporated as "Hajipur Town Police Station Case No. 77 of 2017". The error is typographical one.

Paragraph 1 of the bail petition reveals the correct police station case number. Hence, let "Hajipur Town Police Station Case No. 77 of 2017" be read in place of "Hajipur Police Station Case No. 77 of 2017" in the order dated 21.06.2017. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that learned court below has not accepted the bail bond due to aforesaid error.

In my view, the court below should have, at least,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21454 of 2017 (4) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 provisionally accepted the bail bond if no other case of similar number was pending in his court against the petitioner. The approach of the court below is harassing to the petitioner, hence, the District Judge, Hajipur shall look into the matter. (Birendra Kumar, J) Kundan/- U T
