JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for non- payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner herein despite the order being issued by the Director (Secondary Education) Bihar, Patna dated 12.01.2015.

The learned counsel for the respondent- State has filed a supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of the Director (Secondary Education) Bihar, Patna, wherein it has been stated at paragraphs no. 6 and 7 that the services of the petitioner has already been approved w.e.f. 01.01.1989 and the order regarding the same, shall be issued within a period of two weeks from today, whereafter the admitted outstanding dues will be paid

Patna High Court CWJC No.5056 of 2019(4) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 to the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact that the dispute in question has been resolved by the State Government, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director (Secondary Education) Bihar, Patna to ensure payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the Director (Secondary Education) Bihar, Patna shall not draw his salary.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
