The petitioner is an accused in G O Case No. 65 of 2017 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The petitioner is in custody since 29.02.2017. In paragraph 3 the petitioner has stated on affidavit that he is a student of graduation and having no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts that petitioner has stated that he has no criminal antecedent and he is a student of graduation and the fact that he is in jail custody since 29.2.2017, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
