JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner got post of agriculture advisor on the basis of forged documents, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra stands rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11624 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
