Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 74, 303(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 21-10-2024, Laljee, Dhanji and Newas came and started abusing in a drunken condition, on protest Laljee acted

No.12888 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/3 inappropriately and tore her blouse, while Newas dashed her on the ground and snatched her golden chain worth Rs. 30,000/-, and all accused started behaving inappropriately, on alarm her husband and son came, when Dharmendra, Lalji, Asha and Mutur Devi came from the side of the accused and Asha gave dab to Lalji and Lalji assaulted her son by dab causing injury on head, while Dharmendra assaulted her husband by butt of pistol causing injury on hand, on alarm people gathered and took the injured to the hospital.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the date of occurrence is 21-10-2024 and the FIR came to be instituted on 4-12-2024, i.e., after a delay of more than a month without any plausible explanation and the injury caused by the injured is simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court

No.12888 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Krishangarh P.S.
