Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.270 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the informant's daughter is major and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she admits wishfully marrying with the petitioner's brother and there is no whisper against the petitioner in the matter of elopement. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Kailash Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S.
